脂肪肝藥物治療

Pioglitazone (Actos) requires regular liver function tests (LFTs) before starting and periodically during treatment because it can affect the liver, though significant liver injury is rare. While it's generally safe, doctors monitor liver enzymes (AST, ALT) for elevations, but interestingly, pioglitazone often improves LFTs and liver health in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) by reducing fat and inflammation.

ACLS 缺血性中風打 rtPA 效益與風險 2015
